Loan Originator
This position generates and develops business from loan applicants with a variety of financial needs. Successful candidates will possess strong telephone communication skills and a willingness to provide exceptional customer service experiences in a fast-paced, team environment. 1-3 years successful sales and/ or mortgage industry experience a plus. You must be able to: Review Credit Reports, Complete Loan Applications, Qualify and Source your clients loan needs and match them with the appropriate lender, and Lock Interest Rates. Also required are overall PC skills and typing ability. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups at all organizational levels are a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Loan Assistant
This position works directly with loan processors and will perform a full range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/closing/servicing function. These duties include but are not limited to the following: pulling system inquiries to obtain credit history information on potential borrowers, answer customer inquiries and notifying customer of the loan's progress, prepare processing and closing documents for new and refinanced loans closing. Review files to ensure that proper documents and disbursements are prepared accurately for loan officer performing the closing. Candidates must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent customer service and time management skills. Also required are overall PC skills and typing ability. Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups at all organizational levels are a plus.
